Day of Coordination
- Service begins 4-6 weeks before the event date
- Up to 12 Hours on the event date
- Point of contact for vendors and staff
- Creation and execution of a comprehensive wedding‑day timeline
- Logistics Coordination
- Rehearsal Coordination, up to 2 hours

- Light décor set up, i.e., place cards or centerpieces
- Review of vendor contracts and details for events
- Vendor tips and paperwork handling
- Up to 10 hours of planning meetings
Partial Planning

- Service begins 3-4 months before the event

- Guidance on vendor selection
- Review design layouts or concepts
- Monthly planning check-ins
- Attend a limited number of vendor meetings
- Assist with planning milestones such as seating chart, rentals, etc.
